1. Turn up live.
This isn’t a virtual masterclass you can fully get the full experience from the replay. I’ll be running live polls and Q&A, and walking you through how to find your starting point in real time. Block the hour out now. My team will be answering your questions via the chat box live throughout the masterclass.
2. Come with your numbers roughly in mind.
Your revenue, your wage bill as a rough % of revenue, and how many hours a week you’re actually working. You don’t need spreadsheets, just have a feel for them. It’ll make it easier to see what needs to change first.
3. Bring your biggest bottleneck.
