DAILY POWER UPS

There is no substitute for talking with real people who get and understand what you are doing. This is why we started the Daily Power Up Calls. Any time you have a problem, you only have to wait till 9 am the next day to solve it.

The Daily Power Up Calls (via Zoom) are led by experienced accountants and growth specialists who have been handpicked for their knowledge, expertise and friendly approach. It’s a great way to connect with other members about anything, including your pricing, and to set your priorities for the day and the week ahead.

Group Coaching and Mastermind sessions

Included for Grow and Boost members. Every fortnight, join one of our special interest groups to get group coaching and also learn from your accountancy firm owner peers.

Growing your accountancy firm need not leave you feeling lonely and exposed. The Accountants' Growth Club will provide you with coaching, opportunities to learn and network with other accountants at similar stages of growth AND with a supportive community around you.

A lot of these sessions will focus on pricing and will be customised accordingly.

THE CONFIDENT PRICING PROGRAMME

This is an 8-week programme to support you to get started with sorting out your firm’s pricing.

Depending on the options you take and the number of clients that need repricing, by the end of the programme, you could have completely repriced your clients. Or you could be just getting started with the repricing.

Every week on the programme there is a 1-hour group session to help explore what you are learning and keep you accountable to your plans to reprice your clients. The first 4 weeks of the programme will take you through a step-by-step process to get your plan together to implement your price increase.

The second half of the programme is accountability calls to ensure that you stay true to your commitments to sort out your pricing.

How much time you spend on the programme really depends on how many clients you need to reprice, how much detail you go into with your repricing plus how long you take to make decisions.

Note: Every single accounting firm owner who we have worked with on repricing their clients wished they had started it much earlier.

Accountants' Growth Club Membership Library

You mean you haven’t seen the membership library yet? It is a treasure trove of not just information but guidance, advice, templates to download and use in your accountancy practice, many of which are on pricing.

There are over 275 resources in the Accountants' Growth Club Membership library and this grows by at least 5+ resources each month!
