The club focuses on helping members grow their practice. However, the needs of practices are very different if you are just getting started, a Portfolio FD, virtual FC, or bookkeeper, have bought an established practice or are going from £50k to £250k, to £1m+. Unlike similar types of organisations to the club, we segment our masterminding (peer-to-peer mentoring) and group coaching calls so you are with similar types of firm owners going through similar challenges. When you join the club, your Relationship Manager will signpost you to the groups and sessions to attend to get the most out of your membership.
It’s lonely when you are growing and scaling your practice. After all, you can’t always talk about what is really getting to you to your family or staff members. There is no substitute for talking with real people who get and understand what you are doing. After all, you can get so much comfort, fun, and support from a Facebook group. Our Club Hosts, who lead the Daily Power Up Calls (via Zoom), are experienced firm owners who have been handpicked for their knowledge, expertise and friendly approach. It’s a great way to connect with other members and to set your priorities for the day and the week ahead. No other coaching or mentoring organisation for owners of accounting firms offers this level of daily support and networking.
Once a fortnight we run a hands-on marketing session. In this session there is a focused topic (chosen in advance) where members learn about a specific marketing technique or how to put together a piece of content that delivers value. In this session members get feedback and advice on how they can improve their content. Many of our club members use this fortnightly session as focused marketing and sales training for their team members.
This is a fortnightly peer-to-peer mentoring, accountability, and learning session for our members aiming to grow to over £120k and grow from them to their first few staff members. A Club Host, an experienced member of the club, leads these sessions. The focus of these sessions tends to be: gaining the confidence to make things happen and go for it, repricing, how to generate more business, bringing on your first team member, and managing your time.
This is a fortnightly peer-to-peer mentoring, accountability and learning session for our members aiming to grow from £100k to £600k. A Club Host, an experienced member of the club, leads these sessions. These sessions tend to focus on practice efficiency, repricing, getting your team to step up and take the initiative, creating your leadership team, optimising the workflows, getting more work out of existing clients, and building your team.
This is a fortnightly peer-to-peer mentoring, accountability, and learning session for our members who are either over £1m or rapidly getting to that point. A Club Host, an experienced member of the club, leads these sessions. The focus of these sessions tends to be talent management, profitability, organisational change, getting team members to step up, resourcing, getting ready to exit, leadership and governance, and accelerating growth.
This is a monthly peer-to-peer mentoring, accountability and learning session for our members who are Portfolio FDs, virtual PCs or who aspire to offer this outsourced Finance Department service. These sessions are led by a Club Host, an experienced FD who has built an outsourced finance department. The focus of these sessions tends to be: Overcoming obstacles to scaling, building a flexible resourcing model, ethics and governance, pricing work, and finding new clients.
