Join us for our Re-Energise Your Practice Day 18th March. Manchester. Register here.
I have your details and will review your website shortly.
Firstly, to help you make sure you are in the right place!
The Accountants’ Growth Club is for accounting firm owners (Accountants, bookkeepers, tax specialists, outsourced finance departments and fractional CFOs) who want to grow faster, with more control and less overwhelm.
Our members typically (but not always):
If you want a taste of what The Accountants’ Growth Club can help you with, then click on the button below to read a selection of Growth Stories from club members.
Secondly, what happens on the call?
It’s just going to be you and me talking about your accounting firm. I speak with people like you every single day of the week. So, there’s nothing I haven’t heard already. My role is to listen, offer suggestions, and refrain from judgment.
During this call, I may offer some suggestions that can help improve your situation. If I believe the club can help, then you and I will schedule a 1-hour Growth Accelerator call. During which we will review the results of your Growth Assessment and delve into the details to identify your key priorities for growing and scaling your firm.
You are under no obligation or commitment to join the club, either in this Discovery Call or the Growth Accelerator.
We prefer our members to stay for years rather than make a quick buck!

In 2022, Graeme Morris of Cloud Accountancy Ltd was struggling. He was just over £100k in turnover, but the practice was declining, clients were leaving, and his mental health was not at a good level. It felt like the world was against him. He had lost focus, feeling frustrated and working too many hours.
Find out how within 18 months of joining the club he had moved from “Grumpy Graeme” to “Grateful Graeme” and grown from £100k in turnover to over £250k in turnover.
After five years of running the franchise business, Lynne and Alistair felt confident to run their own Bookkeeping practice, The Bookkeeping Department.
Find out how they have managed to achieve sustainable and steady growth and get (mostly) off the tools.
Paul’s firm turnover was £250k and he couldn’t see how to get above £300k. With previous experience guiding him away from a sale or merger, he decided to seek help to get through this ceiling.
Find out the critical moves he made to smash through the £300k revenue point and how to removed himself from being the bottleneck in his practice.
I feel visible, and connected to a group of like-minded business owners running varied accountancy practices of all shapes, sizes and specialisms.
I feel valued by the AGC members and I value each of them too. Heather and her team have all the tools I need to develop my practice, and those resources are readily available to me.
The Daily Power Ups are a real highlight, a fabulous way to start the working day. Just the right mix of mutual professional respect, banter, ‘say it like it is’, and a willingness to share what works and what does not in practice life.

We’ve gone through huge change on restructuring our team, our processes, and have also gone through a massive fee increase!
“The support that the club and the club members have given us has been immense and I can’t thank Heather and the team enough.”
