April session objectives
- But I did develop them? So why have they left my firm to go someone else all on the promise of training and developing them?
- If you haven’t heard this yet from a departing team member, you are likely to hear this. But did you know that what your team members see as formal development, i.e. going on a course, is actually one of the least efficient ways of developing your team member.
In this session you will understand:
- All the ways you can develop your team members.
- How to put together a firm-wide and cost-effective development plan (and have the time to implement this).
- How to signpost to your team that they are getting regular development from your firm week in, week out.
- In addition in this session we will go back to basics with your KPIs. i.e. what to measure, when to measure and who to measure.
